Pressure chip CD03-01/02-DZ is developed by FATRI independently,it's a sensing
element which converts absolute pressure at room temperature into voltage.
It is also the core element of FATRI's TYZV06 piezoresistive pressure transducer.

MEMS Gyroscope chip CR0101

CR0101 enjoys the dual mechanical decoupling structure with high robustness, making the chip more reliable. It has an electromechanical self-calibration structure, which keeps the sensor running in real time from the sensitive end. Also, the chip - level temperature compensation method we used in the chip can rapidly improve chip dynamic performance.

Charge amplifier chip | CU0103

We intended to use ARM Cortex-M0CPU as the core of this chip. It supports multiple communication interfaces like UART, SPI, I2C, etc. It has hardware AES/DES coprocessor, CRC calculator, timer/counter, WDT and true random number generator (TRNG) in it. The chip has a flexible memory management mechanism, capable of multiple interrupt mechanisms including abnormal and event, and other features include software\hardware reset mode, complete clock configuration and multiple power-saving modes.

Charge amplifier chip | CU0102

CU0102 is an ASIC analog chip based on charge amplifiers, manufactured with 0.5 um CMOS high-pressure BCD process, can be integrated with piezoelectric sensors. Its application circuit is simple. It has the characteristics of wide band, high sensitivity, high signal-to-noise ratio, simple structure, reliable and light weight. CU0102 is better to meet the demand of market for sensors in aspects of volume miniaturization, high integration and BOM cost optimization.
